In the past ten years, countries around the world have formulated many industrial development strategic plans in response to the rapid development of science and technology and competition in the international market. Made in China 2025 and so on. Although these industrial development strategic plans have different focuses, they have the same goal, namely, the establishment of smart factories, as shown in Figure 1.

Because countries have different foundations and environments, the ways to implement industrial development strategic plans are different. China is a big manufacturing country. To become a manufacturing power, it must "open a way to overtake", that is, with innovative thinking, open up new ways, and follow the direction of intelligent manufacturing to realize the great Chinese dream.
